Why are the items showing as unavailable on the website?

Items may appear as unavailable on the website due to any of the following configuration settings:

 

  • "Add to Cart" is turned off – When this option is chosen, the item cannot be purchased and appears as unavailable.
     
  • Availability type is set to “Scheduled” – If the item is configured to be available only during specific time slots, it will show as unavailable outside those times.
     
  • Available weekdays not selected – If no days are selected under the item's availability settings, it will not show as available on any day.
     
  • Item is snoozed – Temporarily snoozed items will appear as unavailable until next day early morning.
